- SALT                        TO TASTE
- GARLIC PASTE     1/2 TSP
- GINGER PASTE     1/2 TSP
- ONION SLICED      1 LARGE
- CRUSHED CUMIN  1 TBSP
- CRUSHED CORIANDER     1 TBSP
- RED CHILI POWDER          1 TSP
- RED CHILI FLAKES            1 TSP
- BLACK PEPPER CRUSHED   1 TSP
- CHAAT MASALA                      1 TBSP
- OIL                                               1/2 CUP
FOR GARNISHING:
- GINGER SLICED                       1 TBSP
- GREEN CHILI                            3 PIECES
- LEMON SLICED                        2 LARGE
RECIPE:
- IN THE PAN, HEAT THE  OIL  AND FRY THE CHICKEN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
- NOW FRY THE ONION  UNTIL LIGHT BROWN.
- THEN ADD THE GARLIC AND GINGER PASTE AND STIR-FRY IT.
- NOW ADD CUMIN, CORIANDER, SALT, RED CHILI POWDER, AND RED CHILI FLAKES.
- FRY THEM FOR A FEW SECONDS.
- NOW ADD FRIED CHICKEN AND 1/2 CUP OF WATER.
- COVER IT AND COOK IT UNTIL CHICKEN TENDER.
- NOW ADD GREEN CHILI AND BLACK PEPPER  AND FRY FOR 1 MIN.
- THEN ADD THE CHAAT MASALA
- GARNISH WITH GINGER SLICES AND LEMON SLICES.
- DELICIOUS BALOCHI KARAHI IS READY.
- SERVE IT AND ENJOY IT.
